In order to organise the return of your goods as efficiently as possible, please find here the procedure to follow:

Please print the attached return form and send it to us fully completed at info@van-herck.be.

Each return must be approved in advance by our services:

• The period of 30 days from the invoice date must not have expired.
• No article that has been edited, embroidered or printed will be taken back.
• No article made to order or modified will be taken back.
• No article that has been washed, worn or marked with name tags or logo will be taken back.
• The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging.

If this request is accepted, you will receive from us a return number which you must clearly state on the box. The return form must be present in the box that is being returned. Only this document and the return number ensure that the return can be processed and that you will receive the expected credit note.

ATTENTION: Please only pack the goods that are mentioned on the return form. Only these will be credited.

Please return the parcel within 15 working days after you have received the return voucher. Otherwise, a return is not possible. 

For the processing of the return, we charge 20% return costs (shipping costs are not taken into account), unless the cause of the return lies with anne-lore by Van Herck (packing error, defect, ...). In that case no return costs will be charged.
